WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency is currently seeking FULL TIME Field Nurse RN to join our team to assist us with our Special Needs adults (OASIS), to reach their highest potential. There is 1:1 paid training with the supervisor, supportive staff, and an abundance of available resources.
*Responsibilities for Registered nurse (RN)*
* Field based Nursing Work
* Coordinate resources & services for assigned caseload; working with the patient, family and physician
* Must be pro-active and take initiative when dealing with the patients
* Must provide quality and timely documentation after providing care
* Maintain up to date/accurate documentation for assigned cases
* Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams
*Qualifications / Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN)*
* NYS License RN
